ABOUT AMY
Amy was born and raised in Indy. She has deep roots and knowledge of the community as well as a robust personal and professional network. She is well-known to be a connector of people and prides herself on always "knowing a guy/gal."
After 12 years in sales and the last 8 in a national role at a Fortune 500 company, Amy decided to apply her skillset to become a real estate broker in 2018. Her extensive negotiation experience affords her the ability to calmly navigate contracts of all sizes, solve challenging situations, and produce positive outcomes.
Amy is honored to have been awarded the 'Rookie of the Year' award by Century 21 Scheetz in 2019, and to have been featured as a 'Rising Star' in Real Producers magazine in September 2020. Additionally, she individually achieved Centurion status in 2020, a recognition more often accomplished by seasoned agents.
As a result of her growing business, she proudly launched The Spillman Group in January 2021. Amy looks forward to leading a team who is equally committed to making the buying and selling process smooth and delivering an extraordinary customer experience.

ABOUT CHRISTY
Christy has lived in Avon, Indiana with her family for the past 22 years. She recently joined The Spillman Group in June 2022 as the Transaction Coordinator. She is eager to bring her skill set to the real estate industry! Most recently, she began real estate class to further her passion in learning all things real estate! She will be helping The Spillman Group with all the behind-the-scenes transaction management for our clients.Prior to joining us at The Spillman Group, Christy worked for Avon Community School Corporation where she was a Guidance Secretary for the past 20 years. She was awarded Support Staff Member of the Year in 2018 and helped welcome many families and students to the Avon community over the years in her role.In her spare time, you will find Christy spending time with her husband, 3 children, and 2 dogs. Two of her children have recently purchased their first homes with Amy! She is also an avid lover of all things Disney and loves taking family vacations yearly to Disney World!

ABOUT MEGHAN
Meghan is the gal behind the social media here at The Spillman Group! Meghan is a mental health therapist by trade, but has been working in content creation and social media management for the past 10 years.
She transitioned out of the therapy world in 2019 to start her own freelance company, and has loved being her own boss. According to Meghan, The Spillman Group has been a dream client, as she's found a passion for the real estate world since joining our group in 2020!
